Not directly, no. For international bulk or corporate orders, talk to us through corporate gifting and we will work out the logistics with you.
We ask that you send back everything that came in the box, in the box where possible. We cannot take back a product that has been damaged or modified.
We refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of the product reaching our warehouse. Bank timelines add a day or two on top of that.
Manufacturing defects and failure under normal use, for the term shown on the product page. If it fails, we replace it — there is no repair queue and no fine print. Register your product on the warranty registration page so we have the record when you need it.
